The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword review

Posted : 10 years, 2 months ago on 3 February 2014 06:44 (A review of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword)

Swordplay is really fun, dungeon bosses are a treat, the early levels blew me away with its level of difficulty early on, the amount of depth to defeat each enemy, the beautiful soundtrack, a mindblowing visual cinematic experience, and intuitive use of items. This is a true Wii Zelda title. It slightly falls short from the depth in what The Wind Waker provides, and some of the latter parts of the main quest are terrible.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker review

Amazing Zelda game with beautiful graphics, a catchy soundtrack, excellent gameplay, and plenty of sidequests to do in almost every island. This is one of the best 3D Zeldas.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 review

Posted : 10 years, 2 months ago on 3 February 2014 06:40 (A review of Super Mario Galaxy 2)

I believe this sequel surpasses Super Mario Galaxy in its mindblowing level design from one galaxy to another, but the soundtrack is slighly lacking in comparison. This is a worthy sequel!

Super Mario Galaxy review

Posted : 10 years, 2 months ago on 3 February 2014 06:39 (A review of Super Mario Galaxy)

The one masterful achievement about this game is its intuitive gameplay that utilizes the Wii console, and the masterfully orchestrated soundtrack. It falls short from everything else that makes Super Mario 64 have incredible replay value, but still an excellent platformer nonetheless.

The best platformer I have ever played in my entire life. PERIOD! This game combines a free environment with tested gameplay that provides a great deal of depth, combined with masterful levels, and a perfect soundtrack.

Beyond Good & Evil HD review

Posted : 10 years, 2 months ago on 3 February 2014 06:34 (A review of Beyond Good & Evil HD)

One of the best visual games I have experienced. The characters are memorable, the story is politically involved, gameplay is addicting, and the graphics are artistically beautiful.

Pan's Labyrinth review

This is likely Guillermo del Toro's best film he has ever done! A fantasy for adults that's extremely violent, but at the same time, it's the most beautiful artistic achievement in production values, music, and cinematography.

Milk review

Posted : 10 years, 2 months ago on 2 February 2014 09:35 (A review of Milk)

Shockingly better than I anticipated. With the help of a brilliant script, Sean Penn's portrayal of Harvey Milk satisfied me in a huge number of ways.

The Departed review

Very good film! Makes me want to see it again. Crazy editing about a movie set in Boston about the corruptions going on there.

Michael Clayton review

Smart film! I like its style, acting, music, atmosphere, and choice of narrative through editing. One of the best in 2007!
