Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005 review

Posted : 2 years, 3 months ago on 1 January 2022 09:40 (A review of Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005)

Pretty much the ultimate GBA Yu-Gi-Oh game since Eternal Duelist Soul. It cannot get any better than this. However, I will admit there are different strengths between the games.

Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2004 review

This is still a really good game, but unfortunately the slower animations compared with other GBA entries ruin the overall pacing of the game.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel review

Posted : 2 years, 3 months ago on 1 January 2022 09:36 (A review of Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel)

What a solid game! Unfortunately, this game has some pacing issues and missing great cards that were available early on in Eternal Duelist Soul, but not in this game.

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul review

Posted : 2 years, 3 months ago on 1 January 2022 09:34 (A review of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul)

This is likely one of the best GBA Yu-Gi-Oh games. It is incredibly paced, rewarding with some amazing magic cards available to use early on (like horn of the unicorn) compared to future inferior GBA entries, and it's fun from start to finish.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS review

Posted : 2 years, 3 months ago on 1 January 2022 09:24 (A review of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS)

This is a solid portable 3DS Smash game that had some elements that make it superior to the Wii U version such as single player modes and natural portability. Over time, this game has lost its charm now that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is out.

Judas and the Black Messiah review

Posted : 2 years, 4 months ago on 6 December 2021 02:19 (A review of Judas and the Black Messiah)

This film has the potential to wake people up on the obvious systemic racism of the police system and the FBI, AKA basically wearing a badge as license to mass kill innocent and unarmed civilians. This film exposes the historical reality that the FBI intentionally murders any Messiah that brings and organizes all working class people uniting to dramatically change the brutal and racist American capitalist system.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters review

Posted : 2 years, 4 months ago on 5 December 2021 10:30 (A review of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters)

This is a highly entertaining show with an incredible soundtrack and an addicting story progression. Even though the show had some cringe-worthy flaws as exposed by the Abridged series, the show really excels in critiquing the root origins of greed, division and power through giant corporations, the ability to change hearts and minds of wealthy families, and criticizing merging giant companies and Board of Directors attempting to overthrow and completely control corporations.

Colin in Black White review

Posted : 2 years, 4 months ago on 30 November 2021 01:05 (A review of Colin in Black White)

One of the most powerful shows that exposes some of the obvious systemic racism in the United States. The show started off extremely well the first few episodes, but I thought the latter episodes were a bit underwhelming & I would like to see more footage of Kaepernick prior to, during, and after the protest.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages review

Posted : 2 years, 5 months ago on 16 November 2021 04:33 (A review of The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages)

This game is absolutely incredible & nearly on par with Link's Awakening. Very challenging dungeons and incredible replay value. There's slightly better quests and an unforgettable experience found in Link's Awakening, though.

Resident Evil 4 review

Posted : 2 years, 5 months ago on 13 November 2021 02:56 (A review of Resident Evil 4)

One of my favorite Gamecube games & certainly the best Resident Evil game ever designed. A masterpiece! Incredible replay value, tight controls, very addicting use of buying and collecting weapons and items, beautiful atmospheric music, and perfect art direction, voice acting and cut scenes.
